This thesis consists of introduction and two parts. The first part,
one-pot three-component synthesis of novel fused 4H-pyrans incorporating
2-phenoxy-N-phenylacetamide via the reaction of 2-(4-formylphenoxy)-N-
(aryl)acetamide with one equivalent of malononitrile and the matching active
methylene compounds, such as dimedone, 4-hydroxycoumarine, or 5-
methyl-2,4-dihydro-3H-pyrazol-3-one. And in the second part, synthesis of
novel 2-(4-(hexahydroquinolin-4-yl)phenoxy)-N-arylacetamides and
thieno[3',2':5,6]pyrimido[1,2-a]quinolines via Michael addition reaction of
cyclic enamino-ketones with various 2-(4-(2,2-dicyanovinyl)phenoxy)-N-
arylacetamides in the presence of basic catalyst. The interaction of the
compounds with DNA and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated.
All the structures were confirmed by the structural and elemental analysis

تتألف الرسالة من مقدمة وجزئين. الجزء االول تم تحضير مشتقات البيران الحلقي التي تحتوي على فينوكسي ان فينيل اسيتاميد عن طريق تفاعل مجموعة من الفورميل فينوكسي ان اريل اسيتاميد مع المالونونيتريل والدايميدون والهيدروكسي كرومين والبيرازول في الكحول االيثيلي ووجو د محفز قاعدي. أما الجزء التاني تم تحضير مجموعه من الهيكسا هيدرو كينولين والثينو برميدو كينولين مرتبطة بالفينوكسي ان فينيل اسيتاميد عن طريق تفاعل االينامينون الحلقية المختلفة مع مجموعة االريليدينز المختلفه الناتجة من تفاعل الفورميل فينوكسي ان اريل اسيتاميد مع المالونونيتريل في وجود محفز قاعدي أيضا وتم التحقيق في تفاعل المركبات مع الحمض النووي وألبومين المصل البقري . وقد تم التيقن من التراكيب البنائية للنواتج المحضرة الجديدة من خالل أطيافها المختلفة وكذلك التحليل العنصري.
