Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) -Cairo University, 2024. Summary: Thirty boys and girls with ages between 8 and 11 years were selected from schools. Control group underwent a weight reduction plan designed by a nutritionist, study group underwent the same weight reduction plan in addition to six weeks neuromuscular and strength training program The findings determined that a neuromuscular and strength training exercise program for obese children population can reduce pain , increase lower limb muscle strength and improve quality of life of obese children. Summary: شارك٣٠ طفل من كلا الجنسين تتراوح اعمارهم من ٨ إلى ١١ عاماً، و تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين (أ ، ب). المجموعة (أ) و تشمل١٥ طفل يعانى من السمنة والمجموعة (ب) و تشمل١٥ طفل يعانى من السمنة. تم اخضاع المجموعة(أ) لبرنامج انقاص الوزن وتم اخضاع المجموعة (ب) الى برنامج انقاص الوزن نفسه بالاضافة الى برنامج تأهيلى مكون من تمارين التقوية والتمارين العصبية العضلية ثم اختبار لفحص الالم فى الطرف الاسفل ،القوة العضلية و جودة الحياة. البرنامج التدريبى المكون من تمارين التقوية والتمارين العصبية العضلية له تاثيرايجابى على الالم والقوة العضلية فى الطرف الاسفل وجودة الحياة لدى الاطفال الذين يعانون من السمنة.
