Summary: يقوم هذا البحث على تخريج الفروع الفقهية المعاصرة على الضوابط الفقهية المنصوص عليها في كتاب الغرر البهية، وذلك في الابواب محل البحث بمنهجية علمية تقوم على جمع الضوابط الفقهية من الكتاب محل البحث والدراسة، ثم شرح الضابط وبيان مفرداته، مع الاستدلال عليه، ومدى اتفاق الفقهاء واختلافهم حول هذا الضابط الفقهي، ثم عرض الادلة نقلا وعقلا إن وجد، ثم طرح المسائل المستجدة على هذا الضابط. ايضًا ترجمة الامام ابن الوردي، ثم ترجمة للشيخ زكريا الانصاري وكتابه الغرر البهية، ثم الحديث عن ماهية الضوابط الفقهية، والعلاقة بين الضابط الفقهي والقاعدة الفقهية والكلية الفقهية.Summary: This research is concerned with extracting sacred-legal rulings (furū‘) of contemporary cases according to the Fiqhi general rules (al-ḍawābiṭ al-fiqhiyyah) stated in Al-Ghurar al-Bahiyyah. In this study, all fiqhi general rules in the respective book chapters are collected and each rule is explained. The evidence that substantiates this specific rule is indicated, the various opinions of scholars on this rule along with their textual and rational evidence are discussed. Finally, the new cases to which this rule applies are discussed. The research gives biographical sketches of Ibn Al-Wardī and Zakariya Al-Anṣārī as well as a synopsis of Al-Ghurar Al-Bahiyyah.
