Summary: تهتم الدراسة بمعالجة موضوع "الجرائم ومجتمع المغرب الأقصى في العصر المريني (668-869هـ/1269- 1465م)"، وهو موضوع مبتكر جدير بالدراسة يبحث في مدى ارتباط الجرائم بأوضاع مجتمع المغرب الأقصى السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على كتب النوازل التي تعد المصدر الأهم بين المصادر المتعددة لهذا الموضوع. وسوف تسعى الدراسة إلى كشف الجرائم السياسية وأبعادها، كجرائم الخروج على الدولة، ونقض البيعة، والتجسس لصالح الممالك الإسبانية. بالإضافة إلى الجرائم الإدارية كجرائم الرشوة والاختلاس والكسب غير المشروع. كما تسعى الدراسة لتحديد الجرائم الاقتصادية مثل التعدي على الملكيات العامة والخاصة، والغش في الحرف والصناعات، وتزييف العملة والجرائم المرتبطة بالأسواق مثل الاحتكار، وغيرها. كما ستعرض الدراسة للجرائم الاجتماعية مثل قطع الطرق، والقتل، والسرقة، والتجاوزات غير الأخلاقية، وأخيرًا تسعى الدراسة للوقوف على آليات الدولة لمواجهة الجرائم المختلفة.Summary: The study is concerned with addressing the topic of "Crime and the Moroccan Society in the Marinid Era (668-869 AH/ 1269-1465 AD)" an innovative topic worthy of study that examines the extent to which crimes are linked to the political, economic and social conditions of the Moroccan society. This study relies on the books of Nawazil, which are the most important source among the many sources for this subject. The study will seek to uncover political crimes and their dimensions, such as the crimes of breaking the state, breaking the pledge of allegiance, and espionage for the benefit of the Spanish kingdoms. In addition to administrative crimes such as bribery, embezzlement and graft. The study also seeks to identify economic crimes such as encroachment on public and private property, fraud in crafts and industries, currency counterfeiting and market-related crimes such as monopoly, and others. The study will also present social crimes such as banditry, murder, theft, and immoral transgressions. Finally, the study seeks to identify the state's mechanisms to confront various crimes.
