هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فاعلية برنامج إرشادي للأمهات لتنمية بعض المهارات الحياتية لأبنائهم ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وأثره في تخفيف الإجهاد النفسي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من20 أم من أمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد في مراكز التربية الخاصة اللاتي تتراوح أعمارهن بين (23-46) عاماً، وتم تقسيمهم إلى (10) من أمهات أطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد كعينة تجريبية و(10) من الأمهات كعينة ضابطة واستخدمت الدراسة مقياس المهارات الحياتية لأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد من إعداد الباحثة، ومقياس الإجهاد النفسي للأمهات من إعداد الباحثة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس الإجهاد النفسي لصالح القياس القبلي". ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي لمقياس الإجهاد النفسي لصالح المجموعة الضابطة". ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمقياس المهارات الحياتية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بالقياس البعدي ". وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتبعي لمقياس الإجهاد النفسي. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتبعي لمقياس المهارات الحياتية.

he study aimed to identify a counseling program for mothers to develop some life skills for their children with autism spectrum disorder and its effect in reducing psychological stress and the possibility of support in reducing psychological stress for mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder. The study used the experimental method. The study sample consisted of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder in special education centers. The sample was selected and included mothers whose ages ranged from (23-46) years. The sample also included (10) mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder as an experimental sample and (10) mothers. As a control sample, the study used a life skills scale for children with autism spectrum disorder prepared by the researcher, and a psychological stress scale for mothers prepared by the researcher. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group members in the pre- and post-measurements of the psychological stress scale in favor of the pre-measurement. And the presence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement of the psychological stress scale in favor of the control group. ".
