فى هذه الدراسة 150 سيده حامل حمل مكتمل تم حجزها بمستشفى القصر العينى للنساء والتوليد لولادة قيصرية اختيارية تم تعيينهم للدراسه فى الفترة من يوليو حتى ديسمبر 2023
السيدات الحوامل تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين:
مجموعة الدراسة: بها 75 سيده بعامل كتله جسم ≤ 30 كجم/م2
مجموعة التحكم: بها 75 سيده بعامل كتله جسم ˃ 30 كجم/م2
تم إعطاء جميع السيدات عقار الدراسة بعد ربط الحبل السرى كدفعة واحدة من الكاربيتوسين 100 مكجم عن طريق الحقن الوريدى على مدار دقيقة واحدة بعد اكتمال ولادة الجنين و يفضل قبل ولادة المشيمة
