هذه دراسة عن كتاب« تحفة المتصدي للإفتاء والتدريس بمعتمد مذهب الإمام أبي عبد الل محمد بن إدريس». الجزء الثالث من أول كتاب الفرائض إلي آخر كتاب الحضانة تأليف : الشيخ أبو الحسن السيد تاج الدين بن موفق الدين القابسي الشافعي توفي بعد1177هجرية، ويتكون من 238 لوحة وقمت بدراسة حياة المؤلف دراسة كاملة وقمت بدراسة المخطوط، وغير ذلك من المباحث المطلوبة في جزء الدراسة مع دراسة عشر مسائل من المخطوط مقارنة بالمذاهب الأخرى، وقمت بتحقيق المخطوط كاملا من أوله إلى آخره تحقيقا علميا من عزو إلى المصادر، وتخريج الأحاديث والأقوال الفقهية، وتعريف المصطلحات الغربية واختتمت الرسالة بالتوصيات وأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث كما قمت بوضع الفهارس العلمية، وتهدف الرسالة إلى دراسة المعتمد في الفقه الشافعي

This is a study of the book "Tuhfat al-Mutasadi li-Ifta' wa al-Tadrees bi-Mu'tamad Madhhab al-Imam Abi Abd Allah Muhammad ibn Idris". The third part from the beginning of the Book of Inheritance to the end of the Book of Custody Authored by: Sheikh Abu al-Hasan al-Sayyid Taj al-Din ibn Muwaffaq al-Din al-Qabisi al-Shafi'i
Died after 1177 AH, and consists of 238 plates. I studied the author's life in full and studied the manuscript, and other required topics in the study section with a study of ten issues from the manuscript compared to other schools of thought. I investigated the entire manuscript from beginning to end with a scientific investigation of attributing it to sources, graduating hadiths and jurisprudential sayings, and defining Western terms. The thesis concluded with recommendations and the most important results reached by the researcher. I also put in place scientific indexes. The thesis aims to study the approved in Shafi'i jurisprudence
