Moreover, the misuse of power defect is one of the defects that are difficult to prove, due to its link with the intentions of the decision-maker (the agent of the administration). The administrative judicial system has tried to contain the misuse of power defect of the administration as a defect that presents a serious legal danger by revealing its cases and the direct and indirect means used in the proof process.
