Summary: سعت هذه الرسالة هو بناء البيت القديم -- الزمكانية في مقارنة بين مجموعة قصص قصيرة "يوميات مجنون" للوشون و"السراب" لنجيب محفوظ، تناولت الزمكان، علاقة العائلة، علاقة الحاضر بالماضى وألخ في عملين مختارين مختلفين. تنقسم الدراسة إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة، وقائمة بالمصادر والمراجع. وتعتمد هذه الدراسة على استخدام الأفكار المرتبطة بمفهوم البيت القديم من خلال المنهج المقارن. واختيار هذا موضوع يرجع إلى أهمية الموضوع وتأثير كلا الكاتبين في بلديهما. تحاول الدراسة من خلال هذا تحليل أو التشابه ووجوه الاختلاف بين النصوص المختارة عند الكاتبين.Summary: This study seeks to compare the of a collection of short stories“Diary of a Madman”by Lu Xun and “The Mirage”by Naguib Mahfouz. The study was talking about chronotope, the relationship of the family, the relationship of the present to the past, etc. in two different selected works. The study is divided into an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and a list of sources and references. This study relies on the use of ideas related to the concept of the old house through the comparative approach. The choice of this topic is due to the importance of the topic and the influence of both writers in their countries. Through this, the study attempts to analyze or the similarities and differences between the works chosen by the two writers.
