تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الشراكة الصينية الروسية منذ عام 2009، واستكشاف مدى تأثيرها على التحول في النظام الإقليمي لشرق آسيا. وقد شهدت العلاقات بين البلدين تطورًا كبيرًا، تجلى في تعميق التعاون في مجالات متعددة تشمل السياسة، والاقتصاد، والأمن، والطاقة، مدفوعة برغبة مشتركة في مواجهة التحديات الإقليمية والدولية، وموازنة النفوذ الأمريكي المتزايد في المنطقة. ركزت الدراسة على المحددات الأساسية التي دفعت الطرفين إلى تعزيز شراكتهما، مثل الإرث التاريخي للنزاع الإيديولوجي خلال الحرب الباردة، والتحولات الجيوسياسية بعد انهيار الاتحاد السوفيتي، والعقوبات الغربية المفروضة على روسيا، إضافة إلى توافق الأهداف الجيوسياسية.وقد بيّنت الدراسة أن هذه الشراكة لم تؤثر فقط على طبيعة التفاعلات الثنائية، بل ساهمت أيضًا في إعادة تشكيل التوازنات الإقليمية من خلال تحفيز التوجه نحو نظام متعدد الأقطاب، وزيادة مستويات الترابط الاقتصادي، وتكثيف التنسيق العسكري والدبلوماسي بين الجانبين. كما تناولت الدراسة تأثير هذه الشراكة على قضايا إقليمية حساسة مثل تايوان، وكوريا الشمالية، وبحر الصين الجنوبي، وكذلك على علاقات القوى الكبرى الأخرى مع دول شرق آسيا، بما فيها الولايات المتحدة، والاتحاد الأوروبي، واليابان، والهند.اعتمدت الدراسة على النظرية الواقعية الجديدة كإطار نظري، مع توظيف المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليل الجيوسياسي لفهم سلوك الفاعلين الدوليين. وخلصت إلى أن الشراكة الصينية الروسية تمثل عنصرًا محوريًا في إعادة تشكيل النظام الإقليمي في شرق آسيا، بما لها من تأثيرات ممتدة على الأمن الإقليمي، والنمو الاقتصادي، والتنافس بين القوى الكبرى.

This study aims to analyze the Sino-Russian partnership since 2009 and explore its impact on the transformation of the regional order in East Asia. The relationship between China and Russia has significantly evolved, marked by growing cooperation in various fields, including politics, economy, security, and energy. This partnership has been driven by shared strategic interests, such as balancing U.S. influence in the region, responding to shifting global dynamics, and overcoming internal and external challenges, including the legacy of Cold War rivalry and the effects of Western sanctions on Russia.
The study identifies the key determinants behind the deepening of this partnership, including historical tensions, post-Soviet realignment, shared geopolitical goals, and economic interdependence. It demonstrates how the Sino-Russian partnership has reshaped the regional power structure by promoting multipolarity, enhancing economic interconnectivity, and strengthening military and diplomatic coordination. Furthermore, it assesses the implications of this partnership for regional flashpoints such as Taiwan, North Korea, and the South China Sea, as well as for the strategic positions of other global powers, including the United States, the European Union, Japan, and India.Using neorealism as the theoretical framework and relying on inductive and geopolitical analysis, the study concludes that the Sino-Russian partnership constitutes a pivotal factor in the transformation of East Asia’s regional order. It has contributed to redefining the region’s security architecture, accelerating economic integration, and intensifying strategic competition among major powers.
