ناقشت الرسالة أثر العامل القبلي على الاستقرار السياسي في ليبيا خلال الفترة من 2011 إلى 2022، وذلك انطلاقًا من خصوصية الحالة الليبية والتطورات الأمنية والسياسية المتلاحقة التي شهدتها خلال تلك الفترة، وفي هذا الإطار تقوم الدراسة بتقديم إطار مفاهيمي ونظري للقبيلة والاستقرار السياسي والعلاقة بينهما من أجل محاولة تطبيق ذلك على الحالة الليبية وصولًا إلى توضيح مفصل لتأثير القبيلة على الاستقرار السياسي في ليبيا مع تحديد أبرز المحاولات أو الجهود التي يمكن من خلالها تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي في ليبيا.

The thesis discussed the impact of the tribal factor on political stability in Libya during the period from 2011 to 2022, based on the specificity of the Libyan situation and the successive security and political developments it witnessed during that period. In this context, the study provides a conceptual and theoretical framework for the tribe and political stability and the relationship between them Then it applies this to the Libyan case in order to reach a detailed explanation of the impact of the tribe on political stability in Libya, while identifying the most prominent attempts or efforts through which political stability can be achieved in Libya.
