يتم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة وتمهيد وبابين، ويحتوي الباب الأول على فصلين، بينما يحتوي الباب الثاني على ثلاثة فصول، ثم خاتمة، وسبعة ملاحق وكتالوج الأشكال التوضيحية.ويتناول التمهيد أصل التسمية، وبداية التأسيس، والموقع، والتاريخ السياسي، وتخطيط مدينتي إبيداوروس وبرييني، وأيضًا أعمال التنقيب، والبحث العلمي الذي تم في المدينتين.ويتناول الباب الأول دراسة وصفية للمنشآت الدينية في مدينتي إبيداوروس وبرييني، في حين يتناول الباب الثاني دراسة تحليلية للمنشآت الدينية في مدينتي إبيداوروس وبرييني.

The research is divided into an introduction, a preface, and two chapters. The first chapter contains two chapters, while the second chapter contains three chapters, a conclusion, seven appendices, and a catalog of illustrative figures.The preface covers the origin of the name, the beginning of its establishment, the location, the political history, and the planning of the cities of Epidaurus and Priene, as well as the excavations and scientific research conducted in the two cities.The first chapter includes a descriptive study of the religious structures in Epidaurus and Priene, while the second chapter includes an analytical study of the religious structures in Epidaurus and Priene.
