هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج قائم على أنشطة اللعب الجماعي لعلاج إضطراب اللغة البراجماتية وتحسين التفاعل الإجتماعي لدى الأطفال زارعي القوقعة، ومدى إستمراريته. تكونت عينة البحث من (6) من الأطفال زارعي القوقعة، وإنحصرت أعمارهم بين (5-7) سنوات، في عيادة (نهلة رفاعي) بمحافظة القاهرة. واستخدم البحث مقياس مهارات اللغة البراجماتية إعداد منى سميح (2013)، ومقياس التفاعل الإجتماعي إعداد عادل عبد الله (2008)، وبرنامج لأنشطة اللعب الجماعي لعلاج إضطراب اللغة البراجماتية وتحسين التفاعل الإجتماعي لدى الأطفال زارعي القوقعة (إعداد الباحثة). وأسفرت نتائج البحث على فاعلية برنامج لأنشطة اللعب الجماعي لعلاج إضطراب اللغة البراجماتية وتحسين التفاعل الإجتماعي لدى الأطفال زارعي القوقعة. كما بينت نتائج البحث فاعلية البرنامج في تنمية اللغة البراجماتية وتحسين التفاعل الإجتماعي. كما ظهر في النتائج أنه لا يوجد فرق بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي في مقياسي مهارات اللغة البراجماتية ومقياس التفاعل الإجتماعي وأوصى البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات لأبحاث لاحقة.
The aim of the current research is to verify the effectiveness of a program based on group play activities to develop pragmatic language and improve social interaction among children with cochlear implants and the extent of its continuity, to achieve the objectives, the research sample consisted of (6) children with cochlear implants whose ages ranged from (5 - 7) years who were selected from the Nahla Rafai Clinic in Cairo Governorate.To achieve these objectives, the research employed the Pragmatic Language Skills Scale developed by Mona Sameeh (2013) and the Social Interaction Scale developed by Adel Abdullah (2008).As well as, a group play activities program was specifically designed by the researcher to treat pragmatic language disorders and improve social interaction in children with cochlear implants. The results showed the effectiveness of the group play activities program in treating pragmatic language disorders and enhancing social interaction. The results also showed a difference between the post and follow-up measurements in the two measures of pragmatic language skills and the social interaction measure, and the research recommended a set of recommendations and proposals for subsequent research.
