In the present work a total number of 700 chicks were divided into 4 groups according to the ratio of protein supplemented from FM and SBM , MBM and SBM , CGM and SBM , and SBM group (control group) chicken performance were determined , Blood and tissue samples were collected and analyzed for some biochemical parameters Increasing the levels of animal protein in the diet produced a high drastic effect on liver and kidney which was reflected by elevation of all the studied biochemical parameters , and also affected the meat quality on storage corn gluten meal must be not included
