The objective of this thesis is the design and development of a mini - satellite power conditioning unit (PCU) based on direct energy transfer topology (DET) as well as its test equipment (TE) This thesis suggests an integrated solution for power management on board small satellites and testing its equipments Creative solutions were invented to find simple yet powerful realization of sophisticated work programs The PCU operation was verified via TE successfully
