The aim of the study was to compare the diagnos tic ultrasonographic findings in varicocele pre and postoperatively using two different sonographic sites (scrotal and inguinal) and to detect recurrence after surgery The study was carried out on 20 infertile patients , also 12 fertile males were taken as control group
