Dual source-MSCT coronary angiography is a very helpful test in diagnosing patients with coronary artery disease when compared to conventional CA ( at higher heart rates and less radiation doses when compared to sinle source 64-CT). Dual source-MSCT-CA can rule out presence of significant CAD in patients with intermediate likelihood of CAD
