Dietary practices of the lactating mothers have a significant effect on the wellbeing of both mothers and infants . This study is an interventional study that assesses the nutritional practices of the lactating mothers followed by nutritional counseling . A total of one hundred mothers were chosen from the clients of the breastfeeding clinic at the Center of Social and Preventive Medicine (CSPM)
