Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Zoology Summary: The present study was designed to analyze the mutation frequencies in the BH3 domains of the proapopotic Bc1-2 family genes Bad, Bmf and Bc1-G in blood cells of hepatitis C Egyptian patients . The 67 HCV patients used in the present work with positive HCV antibodies, were divided according to their viral load into 4 groups -ve low medium and high viral load and compared to 20 normal uninfected cases
