Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Department of Microbiology Summary: The present work approved the wide spread of some Gram +ve bacteria (Streptococcus iniae, Enterococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Staphylococcus epidermidis. And some Gram-ve bacteria (Aeromonas hydrophila, Aeromonas sobria and Pseudomonas fluorescens. Results indicate close relation between this bacteria and environment. The presence of these bacteria should be taken in consideration when planning for control of bacterial fish pathogen. From public health point of view these isolates should elaborated an alarm when handling or eating such infected fish
