Randomly, 160 fresh water fish samples ([80 samples from Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) and 80 samples from nile catfish (Clarias gariepinus) were collected from River Nile, earthen ponds and Mansouriya canal in Cairo, Giza, and Qalyobiya governorates, Egypt. Some examined fish showed severe skin lesions, skin ulcers and peticheal hemorrhage
