Our study is aiming mainly to use power Doppler ultrasound to assess the effect of endometriosis on uterine and subendometrial blood flow during the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle.From this point we started our study by simply selecting forty endometriotic patients and same number of non-endometriotic patients, both were laparoscopicaly diagnosed and the uterine and subendometrial blood flow in both groups were detected and compared, if significant difference detected, further comparison between the results achieved among endometriotic cases regarding the degree of endometriosis to assess if the changes in vascularity of uterine arteries and subendometrial blood flow were furthermore related to the degree of endometriosis that documented during laparoscopy
