This thesis is concerned with the quantitative determination of two mixtures of veterinary pharmaceutical preparations. The first mixture is Sulfadiazine (SDZ) and Trimethoprim (TRM), while the second one is Sulphadoxine (SDX) and Trimethoprim (TRM).In this work we attempt to develop different analytical techniques for the quantitative determination of the studied drugs in bulk powder, in veterinary pharmaceutical preparation and in the presence of some of their related compounds Sulfanilic acid(SUL), 2 Amino pyrimidine (PYR) and 3,4,5 Trimethoxy Benzaldehyde (BENZ) with high sensitivity, accuracy and precision.This thesis contains three parts in addition to references and summaries in English and Arabic.
