Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics Summary: Objectives: To provide a baseline for the appearance of a normal mons pubis and vulva, through defining specific measurements which could be used to establish standards for indications for gynecological cosmetic surgery. Method: A total of 214 women females whose age range from 18 to 40-year-old and BMI range from 18.5 to 30 presenting to Kasr Alainy were subjected to the following:proper history taking General examination was done including measurements of weight and height and calculation of BMI.Local examination of the female external genitalia and taking following measurement of mons pubis and labia majora (Maximum Monal height, Transverse Monal width, Longitudinal Monal length, Anterior and posterior merging labial width,Right and left maximum labia length,Right and left labial width(anterior, mid, posterior, max.), Right and left labial height(anterior, mid, posterior, max.).Results: Our study showed high significant difference between the studied groups as regard Monal height, length and width, antereior Labial merg, left Labial length, anterior and Max Right labial width, anterior and Max left labial width, anterior, posterior, mid and max Right labial height and anterior, posterior, mid and max Right labial height
