Clinical and angiographic correlates in troponin-ngative versus troponin-postive patients with acute coronary syndromes without ST-segment elevation / التغيرات الإكلينيكية والتغيرات فى التصوير الصبغى للشرايين التاجية فى مرضى الذبحة الصدرية غير المستقرة ذو التروبونين الإيجابى مقارنة بذى التروبونين السلبى Mohamed Ahmed Bassiouny ; Supervised Sherif Eltobgi , Mohamed Abdelghany , Sameh Bakhoum - Cairo : Mohamed Ahmed Bassiouny , 2009 - 85P. : charts , facsimiles ; 25cm

Our study aims to test the hypothesis that troponin positive patients have more severe coronary artery disease(CAD). It also aims to determine the correlation between troponin elevation and myocardial tissue perfusion and assess the incidence of adverse cardiac events. Our data shows that troponin elevation was linked to morphological complexity of the target lesion and to visibility of thrombus formation
