هدفت الدراسة لتقييم أثر تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة علي أداء العاملين (دراسة تطبيقية علي شركة مصر للطيران) ولتحقيق ذلك تم اجراء عمليات المقارنة (benchmarking) والتقييم علي مستوي الدراسة الميدانية لمتغيري الدراسة المتغير المستقل (ادارة الجودة الشاملة) وابعاده الاربعة (دعم الادارة العليا، التركيز علي العملاء، التحسين المستمر، الاجراءات التشغيلية) والمتغير التابع (أداء العاملين) والمقارنة والتقييم تمت ببناء استبيان وقياس صدقه وتوزيعه من خلال اجراء الدراسة الميدانية وتقييم متغيرات الدراسة من خلال اجابات العاملين بالشركة علي اسئلة الاستبيان واختبار فروض الدراسة الرئيسية والفرعية The study aimed to evaluate the impact of the implementing of total quality management on the performance of employees (an applied study on EgyptAir), to achieve this, benchmarking and evaluation processes were conducted at the level of the field study for the two study variables, the independent variable (total quality management) and its four dimensions (upper management support, customer focus, continuous improvement, operational procedures) and the dependent variable (employees' performance). For comparison and evaluation a questionnaire was built and its validity and distribution measured by conducting a field study and evaluating the study variables through the company's employees' answers to the questionnaire questions and testing the main and sub-study hypotheses.
