This study sought to identify the best way to study supply chains. Specifically, the study sought to: Determine the extent to which supply chain management affects achieving customer satisfaction, the extent to which efficiency and balance between response and efficiency are achieved, and its impact on supply and achieving greater profitability and customer satisfaction. By having the product available at the right time in the right quantity and quality. The appropriate transfer method appropriates to the conditions necessary to preserve the product and the study used both descriptive and interpretive research designs. The analysis unit consists of two private companies working in the export of strawberries, and the extent of the difference in their management style to achieve a balance between response and efficiency, and that the most efficient organizations achieve the greatest customer satisfaction.
Integration of suppliers with the organization into a single system that allows everyone to achieve gains and achieve maximum benefit from supply chains is something that ultimately leads to the extent of the organization's ability to achieve greater customer satisfaction and achieve greater efficiency and thus greater profitability.
Identifying the problems facing the supply chain and finding solutions to them leads to the success of organizations, and even countries and societies, in achieving a higher standard of living for their members and reducing unemployment, as agricultural projects are considered labour-intensive projects.
Achieving balance through the supply chain in enabling participants at every stage to achieve reasonable gains from their business and to prevent exploitation from intermediaries by merging small farmers into large entities that enable them to achieve reasonable gains for their business is a cornerstone in achieving greater success for supply chains and thus enable All participants of expansion and competition
The role of the state is essential in solving problems that impede the supply chains of the organizations operating in it سعت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أفضل طريقة لدراسة سلاسل التوريد. وعلى وجه التحديد سعت الدراسة إلى: تحديد مدى تأثير إدارة سلسلة التوريد على تحقيق رضا العملاء، ومدى تحقيق الكفاءة والتوازن بين الاستجابة والكفاءة، وتأثيرها على العرض وتحقيق قدر أكبر من الربحية ورضا العملاء. من خلال توفير المنتج في الوقت المناسب وبالكمية والجودة المناسبة. تتناسب طريقة النقل المناسبة مع الشروط اللازمة للحفاظ على المنتج واستخدمت الدراسة تصميمات البحث الوصفية والتفسيرية. تتكون وحدة التحليل من شركتين خاصتين تعملان في تصدير الفراولة، ومدى الاختلاف في أسلوب إدارتهما لتحقيق التوازن بين الاستجابة والكفاءة، وأن المنظمات الأكثر كفاءة تحقق أكبر قدر من رضا العملاء.
إن دمج الموردين مع المنظمة في نظام واحد يتيح للجميع تحقيق المكاسب وتحقيق أقصى استفادة من سلاسل التوريد هو أمر يؤدي في النهاية إلى مدى قدرة المنظمة على تحقيق قدر أكبر من رضا العملاء وتحقيق كفاءة أكبر وبالتالي ربحية أكبر. إن تحديد المشاكل التي تواجه سلسلة التوريد وإيجاد الحلول لها يؤدي إلى نجاح المنظمات، وحتى الدول والمجتمعات، في تحقيق مستوى معيشي أعلى لأفرادها والحد من البطالة، حيث تعتبر المشاريع الزراعية من المشاريع ذات العمالة الكثيفة.
إن تحقيق التوازن من خلال سلسلة التوريد في تمكين المشاركين في كل مرحلة من تحقيق مكاسب معقولة من أعمالهم ومنع استغلال الوسطاء من خلال دمج صغار المزارعين في كيانات كبيرة تمكنهم من تحقيق مكاسب معقولة لأعمالهم يعد حجر الزاوية في تحقيق نجاح أكبر ل سلاسل التوريد وبالتالي تمكين جميع المشاركين من التوسع والمنافسة
إن دور الدولة أساسي في حل المشكلات التي تعيق سلاسل التوريد الخاصة بالمنظمات العاملة فيه
