Introduction: Now a day because of the high prices, the inflation, the world-wide economy crisis, supply chain crisis, and high exchange rate in Egypt. We need to have rapid, effective, and flexible solutions for all the above obstacles So, the need for a sustainable business model takes care of the human resources, and the environment while it takes care of the economical side was deadly needed. Purpose: -This thesis is one of a kind, as the researcher has applied the TBL Sustainable Business Model at the 2 Case Studies Companies at 2 different important sectors, the private sector and the public business sector, and its result effects the companies’ financial statements, which will give important results to be into consideration at the future & gives actual results based on true implementation through reducing the non-manufacturing companies’ operational cost with keeping the companies’ performance improved through treat the human resources as companies’ assets and improve the internal companies’ environment through reduce the using of the machines that cause carbon emissions and using machines achieving energy efficiency Through the implementation of TBL Sustainable Business Model which achieves Egyptian Vision 2030. Statistical analysis summary: Statistical Analysis: Divided into 2 parts: 1- the numerical data analysis which from real data from the purchasing records, purchasing order records, warehouse records, suppliers’ records, & financial records to compare & measure the previous status before implementing TBL with the current status after implementing TBL with the target objectives for 2 case studies. First 1st case study Numerical data analysis: After analyzing the social dimension by comparing after and before the TBL business model, it can be understood that the p. value was (0,020), This means that there are statistically significant differences between before and after the application of the TBL business model in favor of a dimension in the social dimension, and this indicates the success of the business model. After analyzing The Environmental Dimension by comparing after and before the TBL business model, it can be understood that the p. value was (0,0020), This means that there are statistically significant differences between before and after the application of the TBL business model in favor of a dimension in The Environmental Dimension, and this indicates the success of the business model .After analyzing the Economical dimension by comparing after and before the TBL business model, it can be understood that the p. value was (0,020), This means that there are statistically significant differences between before and after the application of the TBL business model in favor of a dimension in Economical Dimension, and this indicates the success of the business model. Second 2nd Case Study Numerical data analysis: After analyzing the social dimension by comparing after and before the TBL business model it can be understood that the p. value was (0,001), This means that there are statistically significant differences between before and after the application of the TBL business model in favor of a dimension in the social dimension, and this indicates the success of the business model. After analyzing the Environmental dimension by comparing after and before the TBL business model, it can be understood that the p. value was (0,020), This means that there are statistically significant differences between before and after the implementation. After analyzing The Economical Dimension by comparing after and before the TBL business model, it can be understood that the p. value was (0,017), This means that there are statistically significant differences between before and after the application of the TBL business model in favor of a dimension in Economical Dimension, and this indicates the success of the business model. 2- the descriptive data analysis ,the survey includes the reliability , validation, & descriptive data which from the questionnaire to measure the attitude of the employees toward the result of the TBL implementation , The Cronbach's alpha coefficient is greater than 87% for all dimensions of the study, in addition, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the scale as a whole is greater than 91%, and therefore it can be relied upon in measuring the dimensions of the study This confirms that the questionnaire measures what it was built for and that all items and dimensions are clear to the respondents and there is no ambiguity in it. If the questionnaire is applied again on the same sample, it will give almost the same results. The validity of all the elements of all dimensions of the study, as it confirmed the validity coefficients, which ranged between (0.936: 0.957) and from the results of the above table, it differs that all the elements are valid for measurement, meaning that this list is true in what it was designed to measure. Findings: the result will divide into 3 parts as the following:1- Results from the TBL application and analysis of the results of the application in the 1ST case study A- On the economic side: The savings rate reached 600% after application. The surplus rate reached 800% after application-On the social side: Despite the resistance to change and the intense resistance and diligence of the researcher when applying it, when clarifying the goals and making a presentation to the employees after excluding employees with conflicting interests (resisting corruption). Employees were trained and involved to help the application succeed after great effort and time. C- On the environmental side: Carbon emissions have been reduced by reducing the number of devices that produce those emissions. Energy-saving and highly energy-efficient devices were used (modern green devices).2-The results from the application and analysis of the results of the application in the second case Study. A-On the economic side; The savings rate reached 200% after application. The surplus rate reached 400% after application-On the social side: Application was easy with little resistance, the human element was trained and involved in the application easily and with great success. C- On the environmental side: All devices that cause cartoon emissions have been excluded and abandoned.3-General results: The success rate of applying the model in general exceeded all limits, higher than 800%. The application requires a loyal and honest human element that is not resistant to change. 1-نتائج تطبيق نموذج العمل المستدام ثلاثي الابعاد وتحليل نتائج التطبيق بحالة الدراسة الاولي وتنقسم الي 3 جوانب, نتائج الجانب الاقتصادي لدراسة الحالة الاولي وكانت نسبة توفير وصلت الي ٦٠٠% بعد التطبيق النموذج المستدام ثلاثي الابعاد TBL,كما تم تحقيق نسبة فائض وصلت ٨٠٠% بعد التطبيق .نتائج الجانب الاجتماعي لدراسة الحالة الاولي:رغم مقاومه التغير والمقاومه الشديدة التي واجهها الباحث عند التطبيق الا انه عند توضيح الأهداف وعمل عرض توضيحي للموظفين بعد استبعاد الموظفين ذو المصالح المتعارضة (مقاومه الفساد). كما تم تدريب وإشراك الموظفين في المساعدة النجاح التطبيق بعد جهد ووقت كبيران .نتائج الجانب البيئي لدراسة الحالة الاولي: تم تقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية من خلال تقليص عدد الاجهزة المنتجة لتلك الانبعاثات تم استخدام أجهزة موفرة للطاقة وذات كفاءة عاليه للطاقة (أجهزة حديثة خضراء).
2- نتائج تطبيق نموذج العمل المستدام ثلاثي الابعاد وتحليل نتائج التطبيق بحالة الدراسة الثانية وتنقسم الي 3 جوانب ، نتائج الجانب الاقتصادي لدراسة الحالة الثانية وكانت نسبة التوفير وصلت ٢٠٠% بعد التطبيق كما تم تحقيق نسبة الفائض وصلت ٤٠٠% بعد التطبيق. نتائج الجانب الاجتماعي لدراسة الحالة الثانية: كان التطبيق سهلا بلا مقاومة تذكر، كما تم تدريب العنصر البشري واشراكه في التطبيق بسهوله ونجاح باهر. نتائج الجانب البيئي لدراسة الحالة الثانية: تم استبعاد والتخلي علي جميع الاجهزة التي تسبب انبعاثات كرتونية.
3- النتائج العامة . نسبة نجاح تطبيق النموذج المستدام ثلاثي الابعادTBL بصفة عامة فاقت جميع الحدود والتوقعات ووصلت لأعلي من ٨٠٠% بشرط توافر الجو المناسب من فريق عمل متناغم ملخص ماهر يعرف اهدافه ويطبق الخطط الموضوعة بدقة وسرعة ومرونة عالية للتغير. التطبيق يحتاج الي عنصر بشري مخلص وأمين وغير مقاوم للتغير لذا فإن اختيار فريق العمل المتناغم النشيط الماهر الذي سيشارك في عمليه التطبيق مهم للغاية لإنجاح عمليه التطبيق.

1-نتائج تطبيق نموذج العمل المستدام ثلاثي الابعاد وتحليل نتائج التطبيق بحالة الدراسة الاولي وتنقسم الي 3 جوانب, نتائج الجانب الاقتصادي لدراسة الحالة الاولي وكانت نسبة توفير وصلت الي ٦٠٠% بعد التطبيق النموذج المستدام ثلاثي الابعاد TBL,كما تم تحقيق نسبة فائض وصلت ٨٠٠% بعد التطبيق .نتائج الجانب الاجتماعي لدراسة الحالة الاولي:رغم مقاومه التغير والمقاومه الشديدة التي واجهها الباحث عند التطبيق الا انه عند توضيح الأهداف وعمل عرض توضيحي للموظفين بعد استبعاد الموظفين ذو المصالح المتعارضة (مقاومه الفساد). كما تم تدريب وإشراك الموظفين في المساعدة النجاح التطبيق بعد جهد ووقت كبيران .نتائج الجانب البيئي لدراسة الحالة الاولي: تم تقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية من خلال تقليص عدد الاجهزة المنتجة لتلك الانبعاثات تم استخدام أجهزة موفرة للطاقة وذات كفاءة عاليه للطاقة (أجهزة حديثة خضراء).
2- نتائج تطبيق نموذج العمل المستدام ثلاثي الابعاد وتحليل نتائج التطبيق بحالة الدراسة الثانية وتنقسم الي 3 جوانب ، نتائج الجانب الاقتصادي لدراسة الحالة الثانية وكانت نسبة التوفير وصلت ٢٠٠% بعد التطبيق كما تم تحقيق نسبة الفائض وصلت ٤٠٠% بعد التطبيق. نتائج الجانب الاجتماعي لدراسة الحالة الثانية: كان التطبيق سهلا بلا مقاومة تذكر، كما تم تدريب العنصر البشري واشراكه في التطبيق بسهوله ونجاح باهر. نتائج الجانب البيئي لدراسة الحالة الثانية: تم استبعاد والتخلي علي جميع الاجهزة التي تسبب انبعاثات كرتونية.
3- النتائج العامة . نسبة نجاح تطبيق النموذج المستدام ثلاثي الابعادTBL بصفة عامة فاقت جميع الحدود والتوقعات ووصلت لأعلي من ٨٠٠% بشرط توافر الجو المناسب من فريق عمل متناغم ملخص ماهر يعرف اهدافه ويطبق الخطط الموضوعة بدقة وسرعة ومرونة عالية للتغير. التطبيق يحتاج الي عنصر بشري مخلص وأمين وغير مقاوم للتغير لذا فإن اختيار فريق العمل المتناغم النشيط الماهر الذي سيشارك في عمليه التطبيق مهم للغاية لإنجاح عمليه التطبيق.
