Women are more prone to sacro-iliac joint (SIJ) pain during pregnancy and after childbirth. The hormonal changes during pregnancy and lactation make all ligaments of the woman's body more lax and more flexible. So, it is necessary to decrease pain in Sacroiliac joint. Aim of the study: to compare between the efficacy of Low-level laser therapy and Ultrasound therapy on Sacroiliac joint pain after delivery. يعتبر مرض ألالام مفصل العجزي الحرقفي في السيدات بعد الولادة حالة تسبب الألم وتؤثر على الأنشطة اليومية والعناية بالطفل، وإنه من الضروري تقليل نسبة الألم. يهدف هذا البحث الى مقارنه تأثير الليزر منخفض الشدة العلاجي بتأثير الموجات الصوتية العلاجية في علاج التهابات وألالام المفصل العجزي الحرقفي في السيدات ما بعد الولادة.
