The objective of this study is to assess the value and diagnostic accuracy of both ankle Imaging Reporting and Data System and the conventional criteria-free approach in patients with known ankle impingement aiming to improve standardization and consensus regarding performance, interpreting and reporting US and MRI examinations of the ankle in patients at risk for ankle impingement and chronic pain. الهدف من هذه الرسالة هو تقييم القيمة والدقة التشخيصية لكل من نظام البيانات والتقارير لتصوير الكاحل بالأشعة والنهج التقليدي الخالي من المعايير في المرضى الذين يعانون من اختناق الكاحل المعروفة بهدف تحسين التوحيد والإجماع فيما يتعلق بالأداء والتفسير والإبلاغ لفحوصات الكاحل في المرضى المعرضين للاختناق والالم المزمنة.
