This research shows the analysis of automated maintenance procedures along the operational period of the building. The aim is to propose a framework for automated operation and maintenance activities to be applied for national projects in Egypt. These objectives are handled through applying BIM dimensions for the as build model within facility management operating system of the building. However, 3D scanning technologies are also involved for the automated update of as build BIM model due to occurred maintenance activities. Hence, the desired result is creating an online shared platform that enables different contributing project parties to access the real time status of the as build BIM model through cloud computing applications. يوضح هذا البحث تحليل إجراءات الصيانة الآلية على طول فترة تشغيل المبنى. والهدف هو اقتراح إطار عمل لأنشطة التشغيل والصيانة الآلية التي سيتم تطبيقها على المشاريع الوطنية في مصر. يتم التعامل مع هذه الأهداف من خلال تطبيق أبعاد نظم المعلومات لنموذج البناء ضمن نظام تشغيل إدارة المرافق للمبنى. ومع ذلك، فإن تقنيات المسح ثلاثي الأبعاد تشارك أيضًا في التحديث التلقائي لنموذج نظم المعلومات أثناء البناء بسبب أنشطة الصيانة التي حدثت. وبالتالي، فإن النتيجة المرجوة هي إنشاء منصة مشتركة عبر الإنترنت تمكن أطراف المشروع المختلفة من الوصول إلى الحالة الفعلية للمبنى من خلال مشاركة نموذج نظم المعلومات أثناء البناء باستخدام تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية.
