تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر استراتيجيات التشغيل على أنشطة التخزين، وأنشطة النقل، والأداء المالي بالشركة المصرية القابضة للصوامع والتخزين، وباستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والمنهج الكمي، تبحث الدراسة في كيفية تأثير هذه الاستراتيجيات، بما في ذلك أنشطة التخزين، وأنشطة النقل، وكيفية دعمها للأداء المالي بالشركة، وقد تم جمع البيانات من القوائم المالية للشركة للفترة من 2014 إلى 2023. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق استراتيجيات التشغيل في نشاطي التخزين والنقل أدى إلى تحسين ملحوظ في الإيرادات وصافي الأرباح، مع انخفاض في نسبة تكاليف التشغيل، مما يعكس تأثيرًا إيجابيًا على الأداء المالي للشركة. كما أظهرت الدراسة تحسنًا في بعض مؤشرات الأداء المالي مثل نسبة الدين إلى الأصول ومعدل العائد على حقوق الملكية. ومع ذلك، تباينت نتائج تأثير الاستراتيجيات على معدل العائد على الأصول، حيث كان لها تأثير معنوي في الأجل القصير ولكن مع تأثيرات أقل وضوحًا في الأجل الطويل. بشكل عام، تؤكد النتائج على فاعلية الاستراتيجيات في تعزيز الأداء المالي، ولكن مع الحاجة إلى تحسين إدارة التكاليف لتحقيق استدامة أكبر This study aims to explore the impact of operational strategies on storage activities, transportation activities, and financial performance at the Egyptian Holding Company for Silos and Storage. Using both descriptive analytical and quantitative methods, the study examines how these strategies affect storage and transportation activities and their support for the company's financial performance. Data was collected from the company’s financial statements for the period from 2014 to 2023. The study found that the implementation of operational strategies in both storage and transportation activities led to a significant improvement in revenues and net profits, accompanied by a reduction in operating costs, reflecting a positive impact on the company’s financial performance. The study also indicated improvements in some financial performance indicators such as the debt-to-assets ratio and return on equity. However, the results regarding the impact of strategies on return on assets varied, showing significant effects in the short term but less clear effects in the long term. Overall, the results affirm the effectiveness of the strategies in enhancing financial performance but emphasize the need for improved cost management to achieve greater sustainability.
