تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى "التعرف على درجة ممارسة قيادات مستشفى هيئة قناة السويس بالإسماعيلية لأبعاد القيادة الرشيقة وعلاقتها بفاعلية إدارة الازمات"، خاصة في ظل تغيرات البيئة الخارجية وما تحويه من تحديات وتهديدات وفرص ، فالقيادة الرشيقة أحد المتطلبات الجوهرية لبقاء واستمرار المنظمات ونجاحها في هذه البيئة السريعة التغير ، حيث أنها تمنح المنظمة إطار عمل مرن يمكنها من خلاله التفوق والريادة . وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين بمستشفي هيئة قناة السويس ، والبالغ عددهم 175 مفردة. ولقد اعتمدت الباحثة فى تحديد حجم العينة على العينة العشوائية البسيطة ، والحصول على البيانات اللازمة للدراسة الميدانية لمجتمع الدراسة وحجم العينة على أسلوب قائمة الاستقصاء ، وتم هيكلة الدراسة عن طريق المتغيرات المتمثلة بالقيادة الرشيقة كمتغير مستقل بأبعادها الثلاثة و إدارة الازمات كمتغير تابع بمراحلها الخمسة ، وقد اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لهذه الدراسة . حيث توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها: توفر ابعاد القيادة الرشيقة بمستوى جيد لدى قادة مستشفي هيئة قناة السويس بالإسماعيلية ، إضافة الى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القيادة الرشيقة و إدارة الأزمات، مما يؤكد وجود تأثير للقيادة الرشيقة على إدارة الازمات ، ومن أهم ما توصلت اليه الدراسة من توصيات : وضع طرق إدارية جديدة باستخدام أساليب الرشاقة الإدارية من خلال التدريب على مهام القيادة الرشيقة كمسار رئيسي لحل الازمات في أقل وقت ممكن، وبناء ثقافة تشجع الأساليب الإدارية الحديثة وذلك لمواجهة الازمات المتوقعة و الغير متوقعة . This study aims to "identify the degree to which the leaders of the Suez Canal ments for the survival, continuity and success of organizations in this rapidly changing environment, as it provides the organization with a flexible framework that enables it to excel and lead.The study population consisted of 175 employees of the Suez Canal Authority Hospital. The researcher relied on simple random sampling to determine the sample size. The researcher relied on the questionnaire method to obtain the nAuthority Hospital in Ismailia practice the dimensions of agile leadership and its relationship to the effectiveness of crisis management", especially in light of the changes in the external environment and the challenges, threats and opportunities it contains. Agile leadership has become one of the essential requireecessary data for the field study of the study population and sample size. The study was structured through the variables represented by agile leadership as an independent variable with its dimensions and crisis management as a dependent variable with its stages. The researcher followed the descriptive and analytical approach. The study reached the most important results: the availability of agile leadership dimensions at a good level among the leaders of the Suez Canal Authority Hospital in Ismailia, in addition to the existence of a statistically significant direct relationship between agile leadership and crisis management, which confirms the existence of an impact of agile leadership on crisis management. Among the most important recommendations reached by the study: developing new administrative methods using administrative agility methods through training in agile leadership tasks as a main path to resolving crises in the shortest possible time, and building a culture that encourages modern administrative methods in order to confront expected and unexpected crises.
