هدفت الدراسة تقصّي العلاقة بين كلٍّ من جودة الحياة والاحتراق النفسي للمعلم والسَّعادة للأطفال المعوقين عقليًّا القابلين للتَّعليم، وتكوَّنت العينة من (31) معلمًا ومعلمة من مدارس التربية الفكريَّة، و(73) طفلًا وطفلة من مدارس التربية الفكريَّة؛ حيث يتراوح العمر العقلي من (7-10) سنوات، والعمر الزمني من (10-15) سنة، وتمَّ استخدام الأدوات الآتية: (1) مقياس جودة الحياة لمنظمة الصحة العالمية. (2) مقياس الاحتراق النفسي إعداد (Maslach & Jackson, 1981). (3) مقياس السَّعادة للأطفال المعوقين عقليًّا القابلين للتَّعليم (إعداد الباحثة). واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي. وتوصَّلت الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة ارتباطيَّة بين جودة الحياة والاحتراق النفسي لدى معلم الأطفال المعوقين عقليًّا القابلين للتَّعليم، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيَّة بين جودة الحياة لدى المعلم والسَّعادة للأطفال المعوقين عقليًّا القابلين للتَّعليم، ووجود علاقة ارتباطيَّة بين الشعور بالاحتراق النفسي لدى المعلم والسَّعادة للأطفال المعوقين عقليًّا القابلين للتَّعليم. The study aimed to examine the relationship between quality of life and psychological burnout among teachers and the happiness of educable intellectually disabled children. The sample consisted of 31 teachers from intellectual education schools and 73 children from intellectual education schools, where the mental age ranges from 7 to 10, and the chronological age from 10 to 15 years. The following tools were used: (1) the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale, (2) the Psychological Burnout Scale (prepared by Maslach & Jackson, 1981), and (3) the Happiness Scale for Educable Intellectually Disabled Children (prepared by the researcher). The researcher employed a correlational descriptive approach. The study concluded that there is a significant correlation between the quality of life and psychological burnout among teachers of educable intellectually disabled children, there is a significant correlation between the quality of life of teachers and the happiness of educable intellectually disabled children, and there is a significant correlation between the feelings of psychological burnout among teachers and the happiness of educable intellectually disabled children.
