The aim of this work is to synthesize new thiophenes thienopyrimidines triazolothieno - pyrimidines and sulfonamides as anticancer agents and radiosenetizers . To dock these compounds in the active sites of enzymes carbonic anhydrase and cyclin dependant kinasa to assess their inhibtory effect on these enzymes and thus having a role in the anticancer activity
