PDE5 inhibitors is a large class of compounds that are primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (MED) as well as having other medical applications . Tadalafil is one of the most potent members among this class despite its efficacy in treatment of MED it only exhibits a modest selectivity of 5 - folds for PDE - 5 compareed PDE - 11 which may be involved in sperm formation motility and\ or other homonal functions
