The purpose of this study was to evaluate how the clinical use of K3TM NiTi endodontic instruments affects their surface topography and influences the deterioration of their fatigue life . The Ni - Ti rotary instruments used in this study were the K3TM ISO 0.04 taper files and the K3TM ISO 0.06 taper files with each set consisted of 6 files in sizes # 15 to # 35
