The aim of this study is to clarify the pharmacokinetic profiles of pegylated interferon therapy (PEG-IFN - Ü- 2a (20 kDa)) in Egyptian HCV infected children and adolescents as well as determining the efficacy and safety of PEG - IFN / Ribavirin combination therapy . Thirty patients were recruited according to specific inclusion and exclusion criteria
