Twelve patients ( 9 males and 3 females ) with edentuolous anterior maxillary alveolar ridges were treated in this study . They are divided randomly into two groups each consisted of six patients both received ridg splitting technique and 18 implant placement , where the first group (control group) underwent full thickness mucoperiosteal flap while the other group (study group) underwent split thickness mucosal
