Atherosclerosis is a systemic disease and chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of its main risk factors . In our study we aimed at studing the pattern of carotid peripheral and coronry atherosclerosis in the patients with CKD and the those with normal kidney functions . We studied 51 patient with CKD and 25 with normal kidney functions . We concluded that in patients with CKD there was significant positive correlation between the coronary carotid and peripheral atherosclerosis and GFR
