The present study aims to develop/ investigate an innovative approach for residential houses of the Egyptian society . The subject facility will be studied in four different Egyptian governorate: Cairo Alexandria Toshka and Hurgada . In order to identify the energy and thermal performance to predict the Annual Energy Index for specific Climatic Region AEICR huge amount of data regarding building envelope occupants' behavior lighting appliances and the building operation profiles etc was collected from filled surveys at the four governorates
