This study is a randomized trial aimed to compare between preemptive antifungal therapy vs. empitical antifungal therapy in neutropenic pediatric patients with malignancy as regard to twelve - week survival , median duration of fever and frequency of use of antifungals . Preemptive approach was guided by Galactomannan test (to detect asprigellus) and by high resolution CT scan
