This study examines Organization Learning (OL) as a mediating variable which affects the strengh of the relationship between Performance Management Systems (PMS) and organizational performance . The relationship between PMS and organizational performance has been studied before , but not through a mediating variable such as OL . A survey measuring PMS , OL and organizational performance was distributed to professional Egyptian employees , in order to assess the three constructs from a perceptual aspect
