This work reports the preparation and characterization of different compositions of tellurite glass system (75-x) TeO₂ - 10 ZnO-15 Na₂O-xSiO₂ with 0x1 in order to study the influence of silica on tellurite glass . The glass properties were investigated by beam bending viscosity light transmission analysis X - ray diffraction measuring the density EDX and the glass transition temperatures were measured by DSC and dilatometer
