The study evaluated the immune response elicited by a DNA vaccine encoding mutant phospholipase D protien of corynebacterium pseudotuberculosis ny DNA prime - protein boost protocol BALB/c mice were respectively vaccinated with plasmid pcDNA-3 encodindg mutant phospholipase D protien with 40-kDa plus recombinant mutant phospholipase D protien or a combined DNA prime - protein boost regimen
