Background : Exploratory laparotomy is essential care if abdominal trauma . However negative laparotomy has a significant morbidity rate . Various adjunct methods (FAST , CT , LWE , DPL) help to identify patients who are unlikely to benefit from laparotomy . The initial reason for incorporating laparoscopy into trauma was actually to diagnose injury and reduce unnecessary
