We aimed in this study to compare the effects of ephedrine and phenylephrine in management of hypotension that occur in partients with mild preeclampsia during casaarean delivery under spinal anaesthesia and to detect the effects on neonatal outcome. We recruited 60 parturients with mild preeclampsia without DM, IUGR or congenital anomalies
