This study was conducted to improve protocol for Eucalyptus sp. micropropagation by discussing some problems faced the in vitro propagation . Experiment 1: Results exhibited that the high concentration of mercuric chloride MC (0.4 g/1-1) increased survivial percentage and decreased contamination percentage of Eucalyptus camaldolensis explants
