Background: Recent studies revealed that multiple sclerosis (MS) patients have increased risk of developing cardiovascular events like stroke and myocardial infarction than their age matched population. Arterial stiffness and carotid intima media thickness both are powerful, independent predictors of cardiovascular diseases and subclinical atherosclerosis. Aim of the study: was to assess small and large arterial stiffness and carotid artery intima media thickness in multiple sclerosis patients
