Evaluation of the feasibility, safety and efficacy of prolene mesh as a needleless single incision TOT for the surgical treatment of female SUI. 22 female patients with SUI were included in this study between January 2011 to October 2013. All patients evaluated by a stress and urge urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire (SUIQQ), stress test, and urodynamic study prior to and at 1, 3, and 6 months after the intervention. There were significant (P value < 0.001) difference between pre and postoperative scores of SUI and QOL. 86.36% of patients were cured subjectively. This was increased to 95.45% objectively. Intra-operative complication in the form of bladder perforation in 1 case. Post -operatively, 1 patient had thigh pain, 1 patient had wound infection and was associated with vaginal discharge and failur of wound healing, 2 patients had dyspareunia. Our results showed that the single incision needleless trans-obturator tension - free prolene mesh sling is a feasible, safe, cheap, accurate, quick, and simple surgical procedure for treating SUI
